The Battle of Central Alberta Disc Golf Tournament presented by Prodigy Disc is a PDGA C-tier two day event held on Saturday, June 3 – Sunday, June 4, 2017 at the Aspen Meadows Disc Golf Courses, just east of Sundre, Alberta (directions below).
This is the fourth event of the 2017 ADGtour.
This event will be 3 rounds of 18 hole disc golf over the two days of the event. The Battle of Central Alberta is a PDGA sanctioned C-Tier event. The Amateur side of the event is being run as a True Amateur event, meaning there are only Trophy prizes for the winners of the division and the Player Packs have a 100% value of registration for Amateurs. The entry fee included the Alberta Disc Golf Tour Fees of $5.00 but does not include $10.00 for non-PDGA members. If you are a member of the PDGA or would like to join the PDGA, you will not have to pay this fee.

The tournament official starts on Saturday but there may be events starting Friday night TBD
In addition to the BBQ on Saturday, Water, Chips, Powerade and Chocolate will be available on site.
Fundraiser Disc: We have a fundraiser disc that will sold leading up to the tournament. Funds raised from the sales of the disc will go towards the costs of the tournament and prizes. The discs will be available on Facebook, through the registration page, or message one of the organizers.
Donations: We will be accepting Donations for CTP and related prizes. Please contact Robin Lambert for more information. We will also be accepting sponsorships to help with printing and what not. This can be paid in any number of ways including through the registration page.
In the weeks leading up to the tournament, we will be undertaking course repairs and cleaning to make sure the course is in tiptop shape for the tournament. If you are able to help with anything, please contact us. We are hoping to: fix up the teepads, mow and trim the greens, mark OBs, and in general, upkeep the course. If you have skills or hands, we could use you.

Head west on AB-27 W Continue straight onto AB-584 W
AB-584 will continue North
Turn left onto Township Rd 332 (after small bridge)
Watch for Signs for Aspen Meadows.
Make sure to close gate after you enter.
Camping is free for all participants and there is room for everyone on a first come first serve basis. There no services for campers or trailers but there are outhouses on site.
